1. Ordering & Payment

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and any other payment methods. Payments must be completed before orders are processed. All the prices are subject to change but don’t worry, we strive to keep everything affordable while maintaining top-notch quality. If you enter your billing details incorrectly, we can’t guarantee your order will ship on time; double-check before hitting that buy button.

2. Shipping & Delivery

Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. We offer multiple shipping options, from standard to express, so your pup can get their tail-wagging goodies as fast as possible. We currently ship across the United States; once your order leaves our warehouse, we’ll send you tracking info so you and your dog can eagerly await the delivery person together. Remember that Roy’s Happy Dog is not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, weather, or an overexcited dog eating the delivery notice.

3. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and doesn’t smell like your dog already claimed it. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with pictures so we can make things right. We believe in making things fair and keeping our customers (and their pups) happy!

4. Dog-Safe Products Disclaimer

Every item we sell is designed with dogs in mind. Please supervise your dog while they enjoy their new goodies. If you’re buying treats or food, always check ingredients for potential allergens, and consult with your vet if you’re unsure. We want your dog’s belly as happy as their tail! Some accessories may have small parts, so make sure they’re suitable for your dog’s size and chewing habits.

Join our Happy Dog Club and earn points every time you shop! Points can be redeemed for discounts, exclusive products, and special perks for your pup. Discounts and promo codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Also, the promotions are subject to change, so stay tuned to our website and emails for updates.

Your personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties unless required by law (or if your dog secretly requests extra treats behind your back). While we do our best to provide high-quality products, Roy’s Happy Dog is not responsible for any damage, injury, or unexpected mess caused by using our products incorrectly. This simply means that if your dog chews a bed into fluff and spreads it everywhere, we won’t offer any kind of exchange or refund for it
